created a route using MapmyRun. 10 miles to the dot. From my home towards Downtown LA, running uphill at Grand and taking a turn around Walt Disney Concert Hall and then back Figueroa towards USC (which is my school), turn around Martin Luther and back home at Adams via Vermont. I am still decided whether I like running in the evenings or mornings. But both have their plusses and minuses... Overall felt happy that I could run the 10 without too much body or mental damage. Am training for the Long Beach which is on the 11th Oct. Heard that it's a flat course and so shall try my best. Have around 80 more 10 milers and above to go. Am planning to run 10 or above 6 days a week except on saturdays. dont know if its a good strategy but lemme try.the point is i like running.... |
